Overview
Sukuk Capital's investor account lets Saudi citizens and residents aged 18+ subscribe to sukuk issued to finance Saudi companies, from SAR 1,000 (the value of one certificate). Periodic profit distributions are quarterly, semi-annual or annual per each issuance's prospectus schedule. The platform states investors can expect a return between 8% and 18% annually, that there is currently no secondary market and capital cannot be withdrawn before maturity, and that these investments are high-risk and may result in partial or total loss. Offerings are overseen by a three-member Sharia committee.
