Oman Arab Bank SAOG, incorporated in the Sultanate of Oman on 1 October 1984 (tracing its Oman presence to Arab Bank's 1973 operations), is regulated by the Central Bank of Oman and the Capital Market Authority, offering conventional retail, corporate, treasury, trade-finance and investment banking. It converted to a public joint stock company and listed on the Muscat Stock Exchange in July 2020, and wholly owns Alizz Islamic Bank as its Sharia-compliant banking subsidiary.
